Tried and tested both commercially and recreationally for two years, the Sea Skimmer is a union between a skiff and a catamaran. It possesses the versatility of a shallow water draft and maintains the stability and smooth ride of a catamaran. This is accomplished by compressing air through the funnel shaped system thus creating rise.  

We also designed the Sea Skimmer  an especially high freeboard (the distance between the floor of the boat and the top of the gunwale) for a drier ride, safety and confidence. If you are used to the slide-in turns of a skiff or leans of a v-hull, get ready! The Sea Skimmer  turns on a dime, maintaining contact with the water.
